Adonai’s Aromas was developed out of a hobby and love for making aromatherapy simple for anyone. We feature high quality essential and fragrance oil soaps, body butters/lotions, sugar scrubs, shower steamers and wax melts and they are all handmade.

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we try to be as transparent as possible with our policies. OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Processing time is within 3-4 days of receipt of order because we make-to-order for quality. Processing will be listed as an "estimated" ship date. Please understand that once I drop orders off at the U.S. Postal Service, I have no control over the speed that USPS delivers them. Occasionally there are delays due to weather, holidays, or human error at the post office. Shipping estimates provided by USPS on your tracking are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please make sure that you have entered your mailing address correctly. If your order has been shipped to an incorrect address, I cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the USPS. If your order has been returned to this seller due to providing an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order to the corrected address. If your order is returned to this seller by the post office, I will contact you so that you may purchase the shipping fee to resend your order to your corrected address.
Unfortunately, we as the seller cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages once they are marked as "Delivered" on USPS tracking. You may contact me to let me know you have not received your order. It's the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office to try and locate a package that may have been misdelivered or stolen from their property. If your order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please follow the steps below.
- Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident.
- Check with manager's office, condo sales office, security desk, doorman, etc.
- Check if the package is being held at the post office.
- Take the receipt and tracking number to your local post office - USPS can use their GPS to see where the package was delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
I am unable to accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If your order is damaged, please take a picture of each and all items.
Returns and exchange details
Refunds granted if order canceled within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase. If it has been 48 hours since placing your order, please contact me immediately! If I have not started blending your made-to-order items, we can refund. But if we already started blending, the sale is final.
If your order is damaged during shipping, take your receipt, the damaged packaging and its contents to the post office to file a claim for which the USPS will refund cost of shipping and package contents.
My products are handmade and not sold in stores or by other third parties. Due to health and safety reasons, this product cannot be returned for resale. Instead, gift to a family member or friend. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore, any other issues will be reasonably resolved by this Seller.
